摘要
以小能量0.35μm激光(<100J)辐照盘靶(Φ600μm×4μm),用软X射线平响应探测器测量X射线角分布(dE/dΩ)和X射线转换效率(ηx)。dE/dΩ=a+bcosθ,与角无关。ηx随激光入射角增加而下降。按金盘、多层膜(0.11μm)金盘和CH膜(0.4μm)金盘顺序,ηx依次下降。
We have measured the X ray angular distribution ( d E/ d Ω) and X ray conversion (η x ) from a disk targets (Φ600 μm×4 μm) irradiated by 0.35 μm laser (<100 J) with soft X ray flat response detector. d E/ d Ω=a+b cos θ is independent of φ angles. η x decreaseds with the increasing laser incident angles with respect to the target normal. η x also decreaseds when Au disk is replaced by multilayer film (0.11 μm)+Au disk or CH film (0.4 μm)+Au disk.
