深井复合顶板条件下预应力锚杆巷道支护技术应用 被引量:2

摘要 平顶山天安煤业公司丁6-32060工作面顺槽为复合顶板,支护难度很大。原采用U型钢或工字钢架棚支护,材料消耗量大,支护效果不好,尤其是在深井大地压条件下,巷道修复率极高。文章介绍了在深井条件下采用预应力锚杆支护的方案和参数,并对施工质量提出了技术保证措施,取得了良好的支护效果。 The roadway roof of the furth 6-32060 face is complex,it is difficult to support.Using U-shaped steel or I-beam support in the past,the supporting result was so bad and the material consumption was large.Especially under the great underground pressure conditions of deep mine,the roadway restoration rate was very big.The support plan and parameters of the pre-stress bolt are been introduced for deep well,and the technical assurance measures of construction quality has been suggested.The good effect is obtained.
