摘要
研究宽带条件下非聚焦斜入射泵浦的前向拉曼放大，给出了斯托克斯光能量放大率随拉曼池气压和泵浦角度的变化，讨论了高功率准分子激光拉曼系统的带宽限制。
The wideband Raman amplification with unfocused tilted pumping beam is studied. The effects of Raman gas pressure and pumping angle on the Raman energy amplification are given. The limitation of bandwidth in Raman amplifier for high power excimer laser system is discussed.
