摘要 研究了热处理工艺对30CrMnSi钢的摩擦磨损性能的影响,利用扫描电镜分析不同条件下的磨损形貌。利用金相显微镜分析不同热处理后的显微组织。试验结果表明,正火+常温淬火+低回得到晶粒细小的马氏体,硬度最高,耐磨性最好;正火+调质处理硬度最低,耐磨性最差;正火+亚温淬火+低回和正火+超高温淬火+低回居中。从摩擦磨损实验来看,同种热处理工艺在改变一个实验参数的情况下,磨损量变化规律也是不一致的。不同状态下的摩擦磨损机理基本上是以氧化磨损为主,在个别状态伴随有磨粒磨损和粘着磨损。 Influence of heat treatment process to both friction and abrasion properties of 30CrMnSi steel was researched, and under different conditions of wear morphology was analyzed by adopting the Scanning Electron Microscope. Microstmeture of after different heat treatment was analyzed using metallographie microscope. Test results show that the normalizing + normal temperature quenching + low tempering can obtain smaller grain sizes of martensite, its hardness is the highest and wearing resistance is best. Hardness is the lowest by normalizing + thermal refining and its wear resistance is the worst. Normalizing + intercritieal hardening + low tempering and normalizing + super high temperature quenching + low tempering are in the middle. From the experiments, under the same friction heat treatment proeess to change one experiment parameter, variation laws of abrasion loss are also not consistent. Oxidative wear is basically major in under the condition of different friction mechanism, and there are particle attrition and adhesion wear in individual state.
