烤房纳米功能涂料在烟叶烘烤中的应用效果 被引量:9

摘要 研究了烤房纳米功能涂料在密集烤房和普改密烤房中的应用效果。结果表明,使用烤房纳米功能涂料平均每房烟可缩短烘烤时间14.89h;每kg干烟节煤0.69kg,节电0.14度;降低烤烟的鲜干比;提高烤后烟叶的上等烟比例5.11个百分点,均价提高0.58元/kg;可增加烟叶还原糖和淀粉含量,降低烟碱含量;提高烟叶香气质和香气量,减少刺激性。同时也发现,烤房纳米功能涂料的使用效果因烤房类型、烘烤技术等因素不同而有所差异。 The application effect of nano-functional coating in different kinds of bulk curing barn was studied. Results showed that after using nano-functional coating material, the flue-curing time was reduced by 14.89 hours, and the saved coal was 0.69 kg per one kg cured leaves, with 0.14 kWh of electric power. The ratio of fresh leaf to dry leaf decreased by 0.7, while the proportion of superior leaves was enhanced by 5.11%, and the average price increased by 0.58 yuan/kg. In addition, the contents of reducing sugar or starch in cured leaves increased, yet the content of nicotine decreased. The quality and volume of aroma increased, while the irritancy was reduced. The application effect was different with the curing barn type or curing technique.
