环境条件对卷烟辅助材料的影响

Effects of Enviromental Conditions on Cigarette Auxiliary Materials

在不同的温湿度条件下对接嘴胶、滤嘴棒、卷烟纸、接装纸的相关指标进行了测试。结果表明:接嘴胶的粘度随温度的上升呈下降趋势;冬季滤嘴棒硬度最大,水分最小,夏季滤嘴棒硬度最小,水分最大;在温度不变湿度升高的情况下,卷烟纸透气度呈递减趋势,卷烟纸和接装纸水分呈明显上升趋势,而抗张强度变化不明显。

We tested the relevant indices of cigarette adhesive for filter tipping, filter plug, cigarette paper and tipping paper in different environmental conditions of temperature and humidity. The results indicated that the viscosity of cigarette adhesive for filter tipping increased with the decreasing temperature, and in winter the hardness of filter plug reached the largest and its moisture the smallest, while in summer the results was exactly opposite. At the same temperature with the increasing humidity, the air permeability of cigarette paper declined, yet the moisture of cigarette paper and tipping paper showed an upward trend, while the tensile strength did not change significantly.
