摘要
分析了利用干涉法实现腔模锁定的种子激光器的工作原理,在此基础上提出了利用偏转检偏器法补偿由于信号处理引起的滞后,为种子注入激光器的腔模锁定技术提供了新的改进方法,可方便而有效地控制从振荡器的输出光质。
An injection seeded Nd∶YAG laser that incorporates an interference scheme to lock the frequency of a slave cavity mode to the seed frequency is described. On this basis, the method of compensating the retardation caused by the signal processing through deflecting polarizer is presented. This offers a new way for an injection seeded laser to improve the technique of locking the frequency of a slave cavity mode to the seed frequency, and the high quality output of the slave oscillator can be controlled simply and effectively.
