不同孕龄产妇胎盘和脐带组织中S100B蛋白的表达

Expression of S100B Protein in the Placenta and Umbilical Cord of the Pregnant Women at Different Gestational Ages

目的探讨胎盘和脐带组织中S100B蛋白的表达及其在不同孕周的变化以及定位和分布趋势。方法胎盘和脐带组织来自于60名不同孕龄的健康产妇(13～27周、28～36周、37～41周各20名),S100B蛋白的测定采用免疫组化S-P法和Westernblot法。结果S100B蛋白定位于胎盘的滋养层细胞、血管平滑肌细胞、肌纤维母细胞、巨噬细胞,在胎盘的免疫活性和蛋白浓度有随孕龄增长而增加的趋势,S100B蛋白也表达于脐带的血管平滑肌细胞、肌纤维母细胞、羊膜上皮细胞、巨噬细胞和单核细胞,在不同孕龄脐带的表达无统计学差异。结论整个妊娠期的胎盘和脐带中均有S100B蛋白的表达,在胎盘的表达有随孕龄增长呈增加的趋势。

Objective To investigate the expression and localization of SIOOB protein in the placenta and umbilical cord tissue of the pregnant women at different gestational ages. Melhods The placenta and umbilical cord tissues were obtained from 60 healthy pregnant women at different gestational ages： 13-27 weeks （n = 20）,28-36 weeks （n = 20）,37-41 weeks （n = 20）. The localization and expres- sion of S100B protein was detected by S-P inununochemical method and Western blotting. Results In the placenta,the S100B protein located in the trophoblast, myofrbroblasts, maerophages and smooth muscle cells. The intensity of immunoslaining and protein concentration increased with advancing gestation. In the umbilical cord,the SIOOB protein was found in the smooth muscle cells,myofibmblasls,amnion epithelium,macrophages and monocytes. SIOOB protein expression showed no significant difference in the different cells of the umbilical cord. Conclusion SIOOB protein expression in the placenta and umbilical cord tissues is throughout the gestation and increases with advancing gestation in the placenta.
