等同采用国际标准引发的高速钢刀具维氏硬度问题

PROBLEMS AROUSED FROM IDENTICAL ADOPTION OF VICKERS HARANESS VALUES OF HSS CUTTING TOOLS SPECIFIED IN RELEVANT ISO STANDARDS

根据我国最近制订的麻花钻和丝锥技术规范中的有关硬度规定,论述相应的国际标准ISO、德国标准DIN及我国的有关淬硬高速钢洛氏硬度HRC-维氏硬度HV换算值的关系及彼此间的差异,提出在修订我国高速钢刀具标准时不能盲目“等同”套用有关国际标准中硬度规定的维氏硬度值.

Referring to the hardness values specified in our recently issued tecnnical specification of twist drill and tap, the conversion values of Rockwell hardness HRC-Vickers hardness HV specified in relevant ISO standards. German DIN standards and our research work were studied and their mutual differences were discussed. The result pointed out that it was improper to unrealistically adopt identically vickers hardness values of HSS cutting tools spec-ified in ISO standards into our technical specification.
