摘要
目的探讨医院病历电子化存储的可能性,构建数字化医院环境下病历电子化存储系统。方法采用电子扫描方式,在医院构建一套完善的病案电子化存储、检索系统。结果在医院建立了一套完整的电子化的病例存储与应用系统,不仅解决了历史病历的存储问题,又解决了医院病历的检索与利用问题,提高了工作效率。结论医院病案室完全可以利用现有技术,解决困扰病案保存、利用方面的难题,保存、利用好病历资料,传承医院的历史文化,并为医院的发展做出应有的贡献。
Objective To explore the feasibility ot the hospital medical record computerization storage,and to structure the medical record computerization storage system under the digitization hospital environment. Methods Using the electronic scanning method,to construct a set of perfect medical record computerization in hospital to save and the retrieval system. Results Construc ted a set of complete medical record computerization for storage and application system in hospital. It solved the historical medical record storage problem,also solved the hospital medical record retrieval and the application problem. It enhanced the working efficiency. Conclusion Hospital medical record department can use the existing technology to solve the medical record storage problem and application problem. Good save and use of the medical record material can inherit the hopital＇s historical culture and make the contribution for the hospital development.
