靳三针治疗不同年龄段自闭症儿童疗效观察

Analysis of therapeutic effect on children with autism of different age groups with Jin′s three needle therapy

目的观察靳三针疗法与干预训练对不同年龄段自闭症临床疗效的影响。方法符合入组标准的202例自闭症患儿,按家长意愿分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组118例予靳三针疗法,对照组84例予特殊训练,两组均每日1次,4个月为1个观察周期。结果按年龄分层组间疗效等级比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),按年龄分层组间CARS总分差值比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),按年龄分层组间病情程度比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),治疗组疗效优于对照组。两组不同年龄段CARS总分差值比较,治疗组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.1),治疗组疗效与年龄无关;对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),对照组疗效与年龄有一定关系。结论靳三针疗法对不同年龄段的自闭症患儿均有明显疗效,且明显优于对照组。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of the Jin＇s three needle therapy and intervention training on autism children with different age groups. Methods Two hundred and two autism children met the including criterion were divided into the treatment group （n= 108） and the control group （n= 84） according to parents＇ will. The treatment group accepted the Jin＇s three needle therapy while the other group accepted intervention training in special schools, both 1 time/d, 6 times/a week,4 months as an observational cycle. Results Stratified by age,inter-group efficacy grades P〈0.05,the CARS total score P〈0.05,severity P〈0. 001, three kinds of statistics revealed the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Comparing CARS, the total scores between different ages in each group,the treatment group P〉0.1 ,the control group P〈0.01. Conclusion Jin＇s threeneedle therapy for different age children with autism has significant effects, and the effect is superior to the control group.
