摘要
为改善锅炉钢板DIWA353电渣焊接头的韧性,针对现行的制造工艺(930℃正火+630℃回火),对升温进入两相区(930℃正火+740℃×2h空冷+630℃回火)和降温进入两相区(930℃×2.5h空冷至670℃水冷+630℃回火)两种热处理工艺进行了初步探讨,并通过一系列性能试验与现行热处理工艺后的性能进行了对比.试验结果表明,两相区热处理不仅使母材和焊缝韧性大幅度提高,而且强度降低并不明显,符合标准要求;尤其是降温进入两相区的热处理,还使强度明显提高.
Based on the current heat treatment technique (annealing at 930℃ +tempering at 630℃), two new heat treatment techniques between the phase transformation point, i. e, by rising the temperature (annealing at 930℃, 740℃×2h, air cooling, tempering at 630℃) and by lowering the temperature (930℃(?)2.5h air cooled to 670℃, water cooled, tempered at 630℃), were proposed for toughening the DIWA353 electroslag welding joint. The results indicated that new heat treatment techniques could provide enough strength while toughness of both base material and weldment were improved. After new heat treatment technique by lowering the temperature, even higher strength level could be obtained.
