不同液体酶对肉仔鸡生产性能和养分消化利用的影响 被引量:4

摘要 本试验研究了低能量日粮中添加4种液体酶对肉鸡生长性能及对粗蛋白质、能量等养分消化利用率的影响。将576只1日龄AA肉鸡随机分为6组(每组8个重复,公、母雏各4个重复,每个重复12只鸡),分别接受6个日粮处理,即Ⅰ组为正对照(饲喂正常日粮),Ⅱ组为负对照(饲喂代谢能值较正对照日粮降低200kcal/kg的日粮),Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ、Ⅵ分别饲喂在负对照日粮基础上添加四种以木聚糖酶为主的液体酶(L1、L2、L3和L4)的日粮。生长性能结果表明,在21日龄时,Ⅰ组的采食量显著高于其他各组(P<0.05),Ⅰ组的增重显著高于Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ、Ⅴ组(P<0.05),Ⅵ组的增重也显著高于Ⅲ组(P<0.05),Ⅵ组的料重比在数值上优于Ⅳ组。消化代谢试验结果表明,Ⅳ、Ⅵ组的粗蛋白质表观回肠消化率显著高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),且在数值上超过正常日粮处理组(Ⅰ);Ⅲ、Ⅴ组的粗蛋白质回肠消化率也较低能饲料组(Ⅱ)有提高的趋势(P>0.05)。Ⅱ组的能量回肠消化率显著低于Ⅰ组和Ⅵ组(P<0.05),各处理间的氮表观存留率和能量表观代谢率差异不显著(P>0.05)。氨基酸消化率结果表示,添加四种液体酶的处理相对负对照Ⅱ组各种氨基酸消化率都有所提高,其中Ⅳ组缬氨酸、亮氨酸、苯丙氨酸、精氨酸、脯氨酸的消化率都极显著的高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05),Ⅵ组除脯氨酸之外,其他氨基酸的消化率都极显著的高于Ⅱ组(P<0.05)。不同处理和性别对各指标均无显著互作效应(P>0.05)。 This experiment was designed to assess the effect of four liquid enzyme preparation(L1 ,L2 ,L3 ,IA) on the growth performanee and nutrient digestibility of broilers,whose active ingredient was xylanase.576 one day-old Arbor Acres broilers were randomly divided into 6 treatment groups,each group had 8 replicates (4 female and 4 male)of 12 broilers.The growth performance was measured during 3 weeks and the digestibility of nutrients was estimated in the 4th week of the experiment.The dietary treatments included positive control( I ),negative control (Neg, Ⅱ ),Neg+L1 (IU), Neg+L2 ( IV ), Neg+L3 ( V ) and Neg+L4 ( VI ).The results showed that the feed intake of treatment I was higher than that of other treatments (P 〈 0.05).The weight gain of treatment I was higher than that of the treatment Ⅱ , III, VI and V ' but birds in treatment VI was heavier than those in treatment Ⅲ (P 〈 0.05).The feed conversion ratio (FCR)in treatment VI was better than that in treatment IV.The ileal protein digestibility was higher for treatment IV and VI than for treatment Ⅱ (P 〈 0.05)and numerically higher than the positive control (treatment I ).The ileal energy digestibility for treatment Ⅱ was lower than for treatment I and VI (P 〈 0.05).There was no difference in faecal apparent metabolic energy content and nitrogen retention among all treatments.The results of amino acid digestibility showed that the digestibility of amino acids for enzyme treatment groups were higher than that of negative treatment group.The digestibility of valine,leucine, phenylalanine, arginine,proline of treatment IV were higher than that of treatment Ⅱ (P 〈 0.05).There was no interaction between gender and dietary treatments in all parameters measured (P 〉 0.05).
