日粮蛋白质水平对北京鸭屠宰性能和脂肪代谢的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本试验选用300只1日龄健康北京鸭,随机分成3组,每组10个重复,每个重复10只,研究日粮蛋白质(CP)水平对北京鸭生长性能、屠宰性能及其肝脏脂肪合成酶类的影响。对照组、高蛋白质组和低蛋白质组0~14日龄CP水平分别为22%、24%、20%;15~28日龄CP水平分别为16%、18%、14%,试验期为28d。试验结果表明:(1)不同蛋白质水平对28日龄时北京鸭屠宰性能基本无影响。(2)不同蛋白质水平对北京鸭苹果酸脱氢酶和葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶的活性影响不显著(P<0.05),但是随着日龄的增加,苹果酸脱氢酶活性值表现增加的趋势。 Three hundred peking ducks were randomly divided into 3 groups with 10 replicates of 10 ducks each,to discusse the effect of different dietary protein level on the growth,slaughter performance and liver fatty acid synthetase.The protein level of normal,high and low group were 22 %,24 % ,20 % in 0 ~ 14 days and were 16 %, 18 %, 14 % in 15 ~ 28 days.The experiment lasted 28 days.The results showed: (1)There was no significant difference on slaughter perfor- mance of Peking ducks in groups with different protein level (normal, high,low) in the 0 - 28 days. (2)It had no significant effects on the enzymatic active of malate dehydrogenase,glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase for ducks under different protein level(P 〈 0.05),but there was an increasing tendency with the growth of ducks.
