摘要
A typical 0-1 programming problem in distribution network is described for the fault location problem.To solve the problem effectively,a new approach named Electromagnetism-like Mechanism algorithm(ELM)is proposed.The simulation for fault location with 8 distribution nodes is executed through comparing with the Genetic Algorithm.The correctness of the fault location model and the effectiveness of ELM are testified in solving 0-1 optimization problem.
