摘要
锅炉尾部烟道振动对于一些老机组是个十分棘手的问题。针对粤电沙角C电厂锅炉尾部烟道振动问题,通过实验测量和理论分析相结合的研究方法,分析了锅炉尾部烟道振动的原因及其削弱振动的措施。振动频率仪测量锅炉尾部烟道高能振动频率在50-60Hz间,并发生在锅炉特定的工况条件下。锅炉内部烟气绕管道流动的旋涡脱落频率以及管道的4阶固有振动频率也在这个范围内,锅炉尾部烟道的振动主要是由于烟气绕流的气动激振引起了锅炉尾部烟道的共振。为了避开共振,需要调整尾部烟道气柱的固有频率或者烟气绕流气动力的频率,避免共振发生。
The vibration of the boiler outlet duct often appears in the old plant.The object is a boiler outlet duct with vibration in Shajiao-C Power Plant of Guangdong Province.The vibration frequency of the boiler outlet duct is measured,and the value is 50~60Hz.The vortex shedding frequency of smoke flowing around the tube,the 4-order vibration frequency value of the tube are in the same range.So the nature of the vibration of the boiler outlet duct is the resonance vibration.By adding the dummy plate or adjusting the temperature,the resonance vibration is blocked,and the vibration of the boiler outlet duct is weakened.
