健康教育对慢性乙型肝炎患者的意义

The evaluation of the significance of the HBV patients with the use of health education

目的评价慢性乙型肝炎患者采用健康教育措施的效果。方法 50例慢性乙型肝炎患者随机分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上,联用健康教育措施。结束后对两组患者的调查结果进行比较。结果治疗后观察组SAS评分为(35.15±6.13)分,明显低于对照组(44.28±7.38)分;治疗后观察组SDS评分为(37.59±6.35)分,明显低于对照组(52.75±5.67)分。观察组总满意率为72.0%明显高于对照组的总满意率36.0%。结论在慢性乙型肝炎治疗过程中联用健康教育的方式有明显效果,建议临床进一步推广。

Objective To evaluate the effects of the HBV patients with the use of health education. Methods 50 cases with the HBV in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,the control group was treated with conventional care,the observation group was treated with conventional care combined with Health education. The Results of the study were compared for these two groups. Results SAS after treatment score for the observation group （ 35.15 ± 6. 13） points, significantly lower than the control group （44.28 ± 7.38） points; treated SDS score for the observation group （ 37.59 ± 6.35 ） points, significantly lower than the control group （52.75 ± 5.67 ） points. Observer Group for the overall satisfaction rate of 72.00% was significantly higher than the overall satisfaction rate of 36. 00%. Conclusion Health education is effective in treatment of the patients with HBV, which should be suggested in clinical experiences.
