临床路径在慢性硬膜下血肿护理中的应用

Application of the clinical pathway in patients with subdural hematoma

目的探讨临床路径在基层医院神经外科硬膜外血肿手术患者的应用。方法随机将72例神经外科硬膜外血肿手术患者分为试验组和对照组,每组36人。试验组应用临床路径管理,对照组采用传统治疗护理工作模式,比较两组患者的平均住院天数、住院费用和并发症的发生率。结果试验组患者的平均住院天数、平均住院费用和护理并发症的发生率较对照组少(P<0.05)。结论在神经外科实施临床路径管理,可缩短平均住院天数,降低医疗成本,减少手术后并发症。

Objective To investigate the appli（ation of the clinical pathway in patients of epidural hematoma surgical in the primary hospital neurosnrgery. Methods 72 cases of patients of epidnral hematoma surgical of neurosurgery were randomly divided into test group and eontrol group,with 36 cases per group. The test group used the clinical path management and the control group used the traditional mode of treatment and then compared an average length uf stay, hospitalization costs, the incidence of complications. Results The average length of stay, hospitalization costs, and the ineidence of complications of the test group were less than the control group （ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion The implementation of elinical pathways management in the nearosurgical can shorten the average length of stay, lower heahh care ousts and reduce post - operatire complications.
