摘要
目的探讨急症手术后并发急性弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)早期诊治的有效措施。方法回顾29例急诊术后并发急性DIC患者的临床资料,分析其临床表观、诊断、治疗及转归的特点。结果康复22例,死亡7例,治愈率75.86%。结论去除病因,尽早诊治早期DIC,法除病因,做好凝血监测,指导肝素的应用是提高治愈率的关键。
Objective To discuss the effective measures of early stage of diagnosis and treatment of acute disseminated intravascular coagulation of the complications of post emergency operation. Methods Retrospecting the clinical data of 29 patients intereurrent DIC sufferers after emergency operation, to analyse the clinical mantifestation, diagnosis, treatment and lapsed trait. Results 22 patients were healing, 7 patients were died, and the healing rate is 75.86%. Conclusion Diagnosis and treatment of D｜C early, to wipe off pathogeny, for ready - made coagulation inspection, supervising heparinize application for DIC should be key to increase curative ratio.
