过程与控制计算机仿真实习软件具有在单台微机中运行全流程级工厂包括控制系统仿真模型的能力。软件采用了面向对象和实时多任务运行技术,将过程系统动态数学模型、控制系统模型、教师监控功能、运行画面和人机界面集成在一个仿真软件平台中,并且在微机中高效运行。仿真实习软件的实时数值解具有工业级训练仿真精度。仿真软件包括了单元和流程的开车、停车和事故紧急状态等工程化训练内容。仿真系统与实际工厂相比,学生可以在大幅度改变操作条件的试验时没有任何危险性。学生在数周内可以获得在工厂数年中所能得到的经验。介绍了仿真实习软件的功能,在实践教学中的作用和提高教学效果的方法。
The process and control practice training simulation software means that fully process plant including control systems simulation software can be run on one personal computer independently. By using the object-oriented and real-time technology, process dynamic mathematical model, control system model, instructor functions, man-machine interface and graphics can be integrated into one simulation software environment and run on one personal computer efficiently. Simulator can provide numerical solution in real-time and reasonable accuracy. The simulation software was designed for use in the practice training of students; realistically represent unit or plant startup, shutdown, normal operations and emergency conditions. This capability provides a risk free environment for students to practice a wider range of operation conditions than would be possible in an actual process plant. It enables the students to gain years of experience and learn the plant process in only few weeks. The features and applications of simulation software, the methods to enhance practice training were described.
