人工膝关节置换术康复锻炼 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨人工膝关节置换术(TKP)患者的护理方法。方法笔者所在医院15例骨性关节炎患者行TKP术,对患者进行术前教育,对心功能进行风险性评价。术后指导患者进行功能康复锻炼和出院指导。结果本组患者术后膝关节疼痛均即刻得到缓解,膝关节功能明显提高,95%患者生活质量得到改善,85%患者对手术结果感到满意。结论通过细致的护理,能有效提高患者膝关节功能,改善患者的生活质量。
