风险投资是高新技术产业发展和经济增长的助推器,金融危机的爆发使风险投资业赖以生存的金融环境受到破坏,对风险投资行业的发展造成了较大影响。本文在论述金融危机对风险投资影响机制的基础上,着重分析了金融危机下中国风险投资业发生的新变化。

Venture Capital is the booster of high technology development and economic growth. The financial crisis damaged the financial environment and has huge impact on the venture capital industry. Base on the impact of financial crisis, this paper analyzes the new changes on the Chinese venture capital industry.
