摘要
根据湖南保监局2007年12月21日发布的《关于加强人身保险风险管理的通知》(湘保监发【2007】79号)精神,中国人寿湖南省分公司从2008年5月份开始在全省全面实行收付费零现金制度,到目前已实行一年多。从客户服务的角度看,收付费零现金的实行对规范业务管理、防范经营风险、降低服务成本、优化展业环境、提升服务品牌都起到了积极的作用。
Since the enachment of "Announcement on the Risk Management of Life Insurance" with the statute no. of [2007]79 by Hunan Insurance Supervisory Bureau on 21 December 2007,China Life Hunan branch has been effecting the zero cash payment system all around the province. For the past year,as far as the customer service is concerned,this system has proved to be positively efficent in regulating insurance business,preventing business risks,reducing service cost,optimizing business environment and promoting service brand.
