我国转型期的社会风险分析

在我国社会转型推进的过程中,社会风险严重影响了社会的稳定和经济的发展。此时期的社会风险具有复合性、危害性、多样性及可控性等多种特征。其主要风险类型包括失业、贫富差距、腐败、公共安全和消费不足等。这些风险主要是通过强化公众风险意识、建立风险预警和干预体制、深化收入分配制度、完善社会保障及法规制度等措施来加以防范和控制。

During the progress of social transition,social risk has seriously affected the social stability and economic development. Social risk has the characteristics of complexity,variety,harmfulness and controllability. The basic constituents of social risk fall into five categories ：unemployment ,wealth gap ,corruption ,public safety and inadequate consumer. The social risk should be controlled through the way of strengthening of the risk awareness of public,establishing the risk warning and intervention system, improving the income distribution system and the security and law system.
