摘要
本文通过分析当前财产保险公司个人代理营销的现状及存在的问题,提出通过观念创新、产品创新、管理创新、机制创新以及服务创新等手段,促进产险公司个人代理营销业务的发展。
This paper analyzes the current situation and the problems of the individual sells in insurance company.It proposes methods through innovation of concept,the products,management,mechanism,service and so on to promote the development of individual sells in business.
