湖南跨越式发展的可能性研究

去年以来,湖南相继提出"科学跨越"、"弯道超车"等经济发展战略,究其实质,都是要为了实现后发地区对先进地区的赶超,大力加快富民强省步伐,追求经济发展阶段的跨越式发展。
