摘要
20世纪90年代以来,西方国家政府绩效管理开始出现整合和改进政府管理与评估理论的趋向,进而将系统化的、综合性的政府绩效管理方案逐步运用到政府管理中。从绩效管理战略框架、绩效管理体系和绩效管理方法运用等方面分析西方国家绩效管理实践的新特点,对于我国政府绩效管理具有重要的理论和现实意义。
Since 20 century 90s, government performance management of western government began to unit and appeared the new trend of the government management and evaluation theory, and the methods of government performance evaluation which was systemically and comprehensive was used in the government management. Analysis of the new character of government performance evaluation of western government which included the strategic framework and system and methods of performance evaluation, which had the very important significance to government performance evaluation of our country.
