It analyzes the current condition and disadvantages of university＇s taking part in industry-umversity-institute cooperation. It introduces the mechanism and success experience of the ministry and provincial cooperation work in Guangdong province, and analyzes the importance of S＆T special agents in enterprises. Based on the case study of Hunan University＇s taking part in the cooperation work in Guangdong Province, it puts forward some suggestions and measures to consummate the mechanism of S＆T agents and push industry-university-institute cooperation.
