摘要
以厦门X民营养老机构为例,具体分析其近年经营状况,并从社会需求、政府扶持及老年人自身需要3个角度分析民营养老机构的市场发展前景,并得出民办养老机构具有很大发展潜力的结论。最后指出民办养老机构发展过程中存在的问题,以期得到更好的解决。
Taking one private institution for the aged in Xiamen as a case, the paper makes a detailed study of its business performance in recent years, then analyzes the outlook of the institutions from such three points as social demand, government support and the needs from aged people, and finally concluded that there is a great potential in the market. Problems in the development are also forecast here so as to scout about for better solutions.
