摘要
继续教育是高校教师人力资源开发的重要途径与保障。我们认识和实践的现代性意义上的高校教师继续教育,实际上是应对"职业要求"而为的技术理性型教育。而从后现代的视角来看,高校教师继续教育应该是以关注教师的生命发展、生命幸福为旨归的价值理性型教育。高校教师继续教育要实现从"职业要求"到"生命关怀"的超越,就必须转变观念,构建高校教师继续教育的新模式——内生性组织协同模式,以实现教师发展的"外在自由"和"内心自由"。
Continuing education is an important way and the safeguard to the human resource development of the university. The continuing education for university teachers in the modern sense is, in fact, technology-orientated education with"job requirements" as the aim. From the post-modern perspective, the continuing education for university teachers should be value-oriented education with the concern for the teachers' life development and happiness. The shift should be based on new concepts and new mode of education endogenous organizations model so as to achieve the "external freedom" and "inner freedom"of teachers' development.
