摘要
我国教师教育重职前培养轻职后培训的现状同世界教师教育一体化趋势相背离。教师教育理念、内容、机构、政策一体化设计,方可解决这一背离问题。
In China, teachers' pre-occupational cultivation is emphasized, while post-career training is despised. All this goes against the world trend of integration. To solve this problem , teachers' educational concepts, teaching content, teaching organization, and teaching policy should all be designed and integrated.
