摘要
目的探讨甘露醇渗透性开放血脑屏障的最佳时机。方法在快速静脉滴注甘露醇后的不同时间应用庆大霉素,各组在应用庆大霉素6 h后采集周围血清和脑脊液,检测其中的庆大霉素的浓度。结果单纯应用庆大霉素血清中庆大霉素浓度与甘露醇各组之间存在差异性(P<0.05),但使用甘露醇各组血清中庆大霉素浓度之间均无显著性差异(P>0.1);各组脑脊液中的庆大霉素浓度以使用甘露醇后30 min组最高,单纯使用庆大霉素组最低,各组间均存在显著差异性(P<0.01)。结论甘露醇渗透性开放血脑屏障的最佳时机在应用甘露醇后30~60 min时。
Objective To investigate the openixg time of the blood brain barrier with the venous rapid drip of mannitol. Methods Gentamicin was in different time with the venous rapid drip of mannitol. To monitored pharmic concentration of gentamicin in serum and cerebrospinal fluid after 6 hours. Results The difference was significant between gentamicin group and mannitol gronps ( P 〈 0. 05 ) on pharmic concentration of gentamicin in serum, while, the difference wasn't significant almost mannitol gronps ( P 〉 0, 05 ). The difference was significant in cerebruspinal fluid ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The best time of the openixg blood brain barrier is 30 - 60 minute after the venous rapid drip of mannitol.
