摘要
目的探讨同时测定复方替硝唑醇溶液中替硝唑和氯霉素含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(50:50),检测波长为290 nm。结果替硝唑、氯霉素在20~120μg/ml浓度范围内均有良好的线性关系,相关系数均为0.9999,平均回收率分别为100.62%、100.54%,相对标准差分别为0.67%、0.52%。结论本方法分离度好、快速、简便,可用于含替硝唑、氯霉素的质量控制。
Objective To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of tinidazole anol ehloramphenieol in compound tinidazole tincture. Methods The method included a Diamonsil C18 column (250 mm× 4.6 mm,5 μ m)and methanol -water(50: 50) as the mobile phase ane an ultraviolet detecting wavelength of 290 nm. Results The calibration curve was linear in a concentration range of (20 - 120) μg/ml of both tinidazole and ehloramphenieol( r =0. 9999). The average recoveries of tinidazole and ehloramphenieol were 100. 62%, 100. 54% and RSD were 0.67% ,0. 52% respectively.Conclusion The method for the determination of tinidozole and chloramphenicol was rapid and convenient. It can be used for the quality control of tinidazole and chloramphenicol.
