摘要 目的探讨专科护士的培养对提高护理质量的作用。方法采用护理质量检查及问卷调查的形式,对专科护士培养前后的危重患者护理质量合格率、患者及医生对护理质量的满意度进行对比。结果专科护士培养后危重患者护理质量、患者及医生对护理质量的满意度明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论培养高素质的专科护士并投身于护理实践,能在专业领域中发挥带头作用,进而提高医院整体护理质量。 Objective To explore the training nurse specialis on the quality of nursing. Methods The qualification rate of nursing care for critical patient, patients' and doctors' satisfaction with nursing care were compared before and after the practice of nurse specialis by checking the quality of nursing care and questionnaires. Results After the practice of nurse speeialis, the quality of nursing care for critical patients, and patients'and doctors'satisfaction with nursing care were significantly improved(P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion It can take the lead in the specialized field that of training high - quality nurses specialist and engaging in the practice of nursing, and then improve the whole quality of care in the hospital.
