江西省放射工作人员健康状况调查研究

An investigation on health conditions of the workers occupationally exposed to radiation in Jiangxi Province

目的了解江西省放射工作人员健康状况,为改善放射防护条件提供科学依据。方法对江西省省属医疗单位788名放射工作人员进行了放射工作人员个人剂量分布情况调查,内科常规、晶状体及指甲变化、外周血象包括红细胞(RBC)、白细胞(WBC)、血红蛋白(Hb)、血小板(PLT)、心电图、淋巴细胞染色体畸变、微核检查。结果放射工作人员个人剂量分布情况调查结果,98.91%放射工作人员年个人剂量低于4 mSv,处于低剂量范围之内。高血压、晶体混浊、指甲变化、染色体畸变率、微核率、心电图异常随工龄增加而增加(P<0.05、P<0.01、P<0.001)。结论放射线可损伤从业人员的健康,江西省应进一步加强职业健康监护工作。

Objective To study the health status of the health workers occupationally exposed to radiation in Jiangxi Province, and to provide scientific basis for the management of radiation protection. Methods Personal radiation dose distribution and health examination were investigated in 788 medical staff exposed to radiation in Jiangxi Province. Results The survey demonstrated that the individual radiation doses of 98. 91 percent of the staff were lower than 4 mSv, which were in a low- dose range. Abnormalities of hypertension, crystal turbidity, nail changes, chromosome, electrocardiogram increased with the increasing working-age （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0. 01, P 〈 0. 001 ）. Conclusion The radioactive rays can injure health of medical workers. It is important to strengthen vocational health care in Jiangxi Province.
