摘要
选择体质健壮、规格一致、体重(17.5±1.0)g的罗非鱼为试验鱼,将其随机放入18个网箱中,每箱放25尾。试验分6组进行,每组设3个平行,饲料中膨化肉粉替代鱼粉水平分别为0、20%、40%、60%、80%、100%,日投饲量为鱼体重的4%左右。结果表明,经过50d的饲养,膨化肉粉替代鱼粉水平为20%、40%的试验组,其增重率、特定生长率、饲料系数与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),达到60%、80%、100%时与对照组差异显著(P<0.05)。蛋白效率则随替代量的增加而降低,20%组和40%组与对照组无显著差异。形体指标肥满度除100%试验组较对照组显著降低外,其它各组均无显著影响。由此表明,罗非鱼配合饲料中膨化肉粉对鱼粉的最大替代量为40%。
Healthy and similar tilapias with the weight of(17.5±1.0) g were selected and divided into 6 groups randomly with three replications,with 25 in each replication.The levels of partial substitution of fish meal with extrudedmeat in diet were 0,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%,and the fish were fed at a feeding rate about 4%.The 50 days feeding trial showed that the groups with the level of 0%,20%,40% had no significant effect on weight gain rate,special gain rate and feed coefficient(P>0.05),and the level of 0%,60%,80%,100% had significant effect(P<0.05).Protein efficiency ratio declined with the raise of the replacing,and condition factor of the group of 100% was significantly lower than the group of 0%.In conclusion,40% of fish meal can be replaced by in the diets of tilapias.
