摘要
设计一种醇类重整制氢控制系统,使其实现对反应系统温度、压力、流量和气体浓度等的自动检测与控制,并实时将反应系统运行状态信息反馈到上层管理系统,它是燃料电池移动氢源的关键模块系统。介绍了醇类制氢反应系统原理和系统软硬件设计。
A micro-reactor of hydrogen production from alcohols reforming and its control system was developed,and it can control the temperature,pressure,gas’s thickness of lower alcohol reforming reaction meanwhile it can display these information in LCD. It is the ideal hydrogen source of fuel cells. The temperature monitor module and flow monitor module had been tested,and they can control the temperature and pressure of reaction and flow of lower alcohol successfully.
