摘要
以目前生产设备的大型化趋势为背景,初步提出了利用气垫搬运系统来代替传统的运输搬运方式的构想,即运用气垫技术和气囊原理实现了大型构件的搬运和翻转。在采用气囊作为大型构件翻转操作的主要设备的前提下,对气囊的布置、所需气囊数量、气囊的尺寸进行了相应的设计。旨在有效配合外围垫升系统运行,达到垫升、移动和翻身的目的。
In view of the large-scale tendency of the present production equipment,the article puts for forward the fundimetal conception of substituting air cushion transportation system for traditional transportation manner,that is,transportation and turning-over of large-scale components by means of air cushion technique and air bag principle. What is more,it goes on to explore the air bag design which involves the arrangement,number and size of the air bag. The purpose is to tansport and turn over largescale component effectively by coordinating with peripherical cushion rising system.
