摘要
控制系统以Devicenet为总线架构组成两极控制系统,上位机采用MCGS组态软件实现过程与设备状态的监控与报警,下位机以PLC为核心,实现了自动送料系统的自动化控制。利用Pro/E对自动送料系统进行参数化造型和虚拟装配,在Pro/E的机构(Mechanism)模块中,对自动送料系统的上料过程进行运动仿真,仿真结果表明自动送料系统设计合理、不存在干涉,满足了棉麻纤维液氨改性过程上、下料自动化的要求。
Devicenet field bus is adopted to construct a two-level control system,the upper-level computer system using MCGS configuration software to realize the status monitoring and alarm for the process and equipment,the under-level computer system taking the PLC as the core,which better achieves the requirements of the automatic feeding system. Design the Parametric Modeling of automatic feeding systems with Pro/E,and the virtual assembly process is carried out. In the Mechanism module of Pro/E,the motion simulation of Automatic feeding systems is carried out. The results of the simulation showed that automatic feeding system design is reasonable, there is no inte(erence, the requirements of automatic feeding system of liquid ammonia treatment equipment for cotton and bast fiber have been met.
