摘要
应用Abaqus有限元分析软件,采用三维线弹性分析方法对某大型铝轧厂2400mm热连轧精轧机机架进行了模拟,得出其应力和变形分布规律,进行强度和刚度分析,进而计算出机架的刚度,其结果不仅给机架的结构设计提供理论指导,而且对轧制规程的制定和板形控制具有实用价值。
A simulation analysis on finishing mill stand of 2400mm hot tandem mill has been carried out by 3-D linear elastic analytical methods with Abaqus FEM (Finite Element Method)software, whose stress and displacement distribution can be obtained. The strength and stiffness analysis have also been carried out,then the stiffness of the stand has been calculated. The results can not only provide theoretical guide for the structural designing of the stand,but also has great use value for the establishment of the rolling schedule and the controlling of the strip flatness.
