变节距齿形链及其链轮研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对圆销式齿形链在高速传动中振动、冲击较大以及磨损严重等不足,给出一种采用滚销式铰链的变节距齿形链。论证了变节距齿形链的变节距原理,分析了变节距齿形链和链轮的啮合特性,推导并建立了变节距齿形链啮合过程中孔心分离量和变节距齿形链链轮分度圆直径的计算公式;给出了变节距齿形链链轮的基准齿形并讨论了链轮加工用滚刀的相关设计参数。结果表明:变节距齿形链链轮的分度圆直径是链传动计算的基础圆,其大小取决于名义节距、滚销结构参数和链轮齿数;同时也得到变节距齿形链链轮加工用滚刀是一把通用型滚刀,其基准齿形由链轮节距决定,而与链轮的齿数无关。 Facing the disadvantage of greater vibration,impact and serious wear to the inverted tooth chain with round pin,a kind of various-pitch inverted tooth chain with rolling pin joint was put forward. The various pitch fundamental of various pitch inverted tooth chain was demonstrated,the meshing characteristics between various pitch inverted tooth chain and sprocket were analyzed,and the formulas of separation distance between two hole-centers during meshing and the diameter of reference circle were obtained.In the end,the reference tooth-shape of sprocket was given,and the related design parameters of the hob used to machining the sprocket were discussed. The results showed that the diameter of the reference circle was the basic circle in the course of chain drive,and it was determined by the nominal pitch,the structure parameter of rolling pin and the tooth number of sprocket. At the same time it was known that the hob was a general one,its reference tooth-shape was determined by the chain pitch but not the tooth number of the sprocket.
