摘要
目前,汽包水位的控制大多采用常规PID控制方式,由于其控制参数是固定不变的,其控制效果往往难以满足要求,造成系统不稳定甚至失控。在对MATLAB软件及其工具箱进行介绍的基础上,通过SIMULINK对汽包水位的模糊PID控制系统进行仿真分析。研究表明,基于模糊控制策略锅炉汽包水位控制系统,过渡过程时间较短,超调量小,系统抗干扰能力强,能很好地克服蒸汽流量扰动对汽包水位的影响,从而改善了被控过程的动态、稳态性能,控制效果优于常规的PID控制。具有很好的应用前景。
Currently conventional PID control method is often used to control the water level in boiler drum and it is difficult to meet the demands. Consequently the system are unstable or even out of control. Based on SIMULINK package in MATLAB software,the simulation of Fuzzy-PID contro1 system for control of water level in industrial boiler drum were carried out.The results show that based on Fuzzy-PID contro1, the system transient time is much shorter,oscillation is small and anti-interference is stronger. Therefore the performance of fuzzy-PID control system is much better than conventional PID. It has good promising in industrial application.
