基于Labview离心泵瞬态特性的试验研究

The experiment research of centrifugal pump transient characteristics

为了进行离心泵的启动特性的试验研究,介绍了流体输送试验台搭建的全过程,便在基于labview基础上进行了离心泵启动特性的研究。最后通过对泵的瞬态特性的理论分析和实验研究建立了瞬态期间泵流量、扬程、功率、转速关系特性曲线,从而为泵压液体发射装置的研制奠定了一定的理论基础。

in order to carry out the experiment of the centrifugal pump starup characteristics,the whole building process of the fluid transportation test-bed is introduced. The research of centrifugal pump startup characteristics is researched based on the Labview software. The characteristics curves of head, power,rotation speed and flow during the transient process is obtained through the theory and experiment researchment,which supply some theory basis for the research of pump electropult.
