摘要
论证了实现正确啮合传动的条件、传动原理与传动实现方法,推导了齿面相对运动速度关系,分析了这种蜗杆实现精密传动的传动副结构特点和制造工艺特点,建立了蜗轮蜗杆传动的理论计算和结构设计原理与方法。这种基于空间相错轴螺旋齿圆柱齿轮传动直线接触原理的蜗杆传动为大传动比相错轴精密传动提供了一条新的途径,且具有若干显著优点。
Demonstrated to achieve the proper meshing transmission conditions,driving principle and realization method of transmission is derived the relative velocity between tooth surfaces,analysis of this worm drive transmission to achieve precise structural features and manufacturing processes,deputy features,established the theory of worm gear drive calculation and structural design principles and methods. This space-based phase error axis helical gear transmission principle of a straight-line contact with worm gear transmission ratio relative error for large precision drive shaft provides a new way,and has several significant advantages.
