6HF/3型往复压缩机是中海石油惠州炼油分公司高压加氢裂化装置的关键设备,本文对该型号两台机组的连杆与十字头烧蚀故障进行了详细分析,得出了主要原因。为避免类似故障再次发生,结合实际情况制定有效预防措施,并为今后设备的采购及维护工作提供参考。
The type of 6HF/3 reciprocating compressor is the key equipment of the high pressure hydrogenation cracking installations for CNOOC HuiZhou Refinery. It analyzes ablation failure of the connecting rod and crosshead in both machine units of this type in detail,and obtains the main causes. The available precautions are taken against such similar failure happens again. And this can provide references for the purchase and maintenance afterward.
