摘要
模具是生产工业产品的重要工艺装备,在现代产品生产中得到了广泛的应用,尤其是复合模。针对高速船用化油器的生产需要,对其提出了完备的落料、冲孔复合模具设计算法。首先,分析工件的工艺性,并确定工艺方案以及选定模具的类型结构。之后,对选定的冲裁模具零部件进行了工艺力计算和参数的科学确定。在化油器的加工实践中,依此设计的模具寿命长且经济,具有较大的实用性。
Mould is an important technological equipment,it is widely used during the producing of modern product,especially the compound mould. In view of the production need of the high speed marine carburetor,it proposes complete design algorithm of blanking and punching compound mould. First, analysing the process of workpiece,determining process program and selecting the type structure of mould. Then,computing craft strength and determining scientifically parameters for parts and components of the selected compound mould. In the machining practice of carburetor,designing mould which is based on the long life and the economical characteristic ,this has the greater practicability.
