摘要
碳纤维复合摩擦材料在高温高压下通过耐高温胶粘剂粘接到汽车同步器齿环摩擦面上。针对摩擦材料高温高压粘接固化工艺技术要求,设计了应用于摩擦材料高温高压粘接夹具,指出了夹具中关键零件的结构设计和设计要点,并叙述了粘接夹具的使用方法。实践证明,设计夹具达到了工艺要求,生产的产品质量稳定。
Carbon fiber composite were bonded at automobile synchronizer ring using high temperature resistant adhesive under high temperature and high press.Aiming at the technical requirement of bonding cured process in the friction material under high temperature and high press,the bonding fixture were designed for the friction material,and the structure design of the main fixture components and the key points in designing the fixture were discussed,and the operation of the fixture were described.Experience indicated that the designed fixture can meet the processing requirement,and manufacturethe,sproduct quality is stable.
