船用柴油机管件焊接柔性夹具设计及其CAD系统的开发

摘要 针对管类零件焊接过程中仍普遍采用传统的专用夹具的问题,在分析现有各种管类零件特征的基础上,探索出了一套管件焊接夹具的解决方案。利用成组工装的模块化设计思想,设计制作出了能满足在制的大多数管件焊接需求的可调节的通用平台,并设计了专用的可拆卸的定位支架及可快速精确调整的定位机构。经初步的实践验证,该夹具拆装灵活、使用方便,并实现了以减少工装数量,降低工装费用与缩短新产品开发周期为目的的要求。为了可以提高夹具设计效率。 Aiming at the problem that special fixtures are still adopted in tube welding,a set of tube welding fixture is explored on the basis of analyzing feature of tube parts. By using group technology frock Design,a adjustable general platform is designed for tube welding,special removal localizing supports and rapidly,precisely adjustable mechanisms are designed. It is proved that the fixture is of flexible assembling and of convenience operation,decreasing the number of frock,reducing the fare of frock and shortening the development cycle. In order to improve efficiency of fixture designing,the functional structure and logical structure of the special CAD system are constructed.
