护理专业基础医学课程设置与教学调查分析 被引量:11

摘要 目的了解教师对护理专业基础医学课程设置与教学的主观看法,进一步合理配置基础医学课程,完善基础医学教学。方法2008年10—11月采用自行设计的调查问卷对3组教师(有效人数77人)进行其对护理基础医学课程设置和教学的主观看法调查。经专家修改后问卷的内容效度为1.0。结果100%的教师认为基础医学课程在护理专业课程体系中的地位重要;50%以上的教师认为应该开设的基础医学必修课有解剖学、病理生理学、药理学、生理学、免疫学、病理学、微生物学、组织学、生物化学、生物学;98%的教师认为开设实验课有必要,尤其是在解剖学的教学中;94%的教师认为在教学中应该重视知识衔接,比较重视自身在教学中的作用。不同教师组间仅在课程设置意义和原则的部分条目上差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基础医学课程在护理专业中有很重要的作用,教育者应将基础医学知识与护理专业进行紧密联系,发挥教师的主导作用,同时考虑不同教学方向教师的观点,适当进行基础医学课程设置及教学的调整。 Objective To understand teachers' opinion of the curriculum setup and teaching of basic medical courses for the nursing major, and thus to make the setup more rational and the teaching better. Methods By means of the seff-designed questionnaire whose validity being 1.0 after experts' revision, a survey was made with 3 groups of teachers (the valid number=77). Results 100% of the teachers surveyed agreed on the significance. Above 50% held that the basic compulsory courses should include anatomy, pathophysiology, pharmacology, physiology, immunology, pathology, microbiology, histology, biochemistry and biology. 98% deemed that it was necessary to open experiment courses, especially in anatomical teachings. 94% considered that emphasis should be laid on the links between knowledge and on themselves' role. The differences between the various groups were only present in some of items of the significance and principle of the curriculum setup (P〈0.05). Conclusion Basic medical courses play a significant role for the nursing major, so teachers should integrate medical knowledge with this major, bring into play the teacher's leading role, and make proper adjustments of the curriculum and teaching.
