摘要
目的探讨氦氖激光联合超短波干预产妇产后泌乳、排乳的效果。方法将92例分娩后缺乳的产妇随机分为观察组及对照组各46例,对照组常规母乳喂养指导,并用热毛巾湿敷,按摩乳房,用吸奶器吸吮排空乳汁等方法。观察组在执行对照组方法基础上,利用氦氖激光照射双侧乳房,并联合应用超短波高频电疗机对乳房进行理疗。观察干预后产妇泌乳量改善情况及乳腺炎发生几率。结果观察组干预后乳量多于对照组,乳腺炎发生率明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论氦氖激光联合超短波应用可促进分娩后产妇乳汁分泌及排空,降低乳腺炎的发生率,为母乳喂养提供保障,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To explore the effect of intervention of helium-neon laser combining with uhra-short wave on parturients' post-delivery lactation shortage. Methods 92 qualified cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group, each with 46. The control group was offered guidance on conventional breast feeding and the breasts were wet compressed with hot towels and massaged and the milk was emptied by means of milk sucker. The treatment group was, on the basis of the measures for the control group, was offered helium-neon laser irradiation, combining with the physical treatment by means of ultra, short wave high frequency electrizer, of breasts. Observations were made of the post-intervention improvement in the lactation and the incidences of mastitis. Results The post-intervention lactation amount of the treatment group was greater than that of the control group, and the rate of incidences of mastitis, smaller, with both differences being statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Application of helium-neon laser combining with ultra-short wave can enhance the post-delivery lactation and milk ejection, lower the rate of incidence of mastitis and so ensures breast feeding, thus worth clinical popularization.
